Yeny Z. Rivera

Has been in the Construction Industry since 2006 with a concentration on Executive Level Management.

Her portfolio includes Residential, Retail, Commercial and New Construction/Ground-up projects. 

Her intimate knowledge of Construction Administration processes, and her customized Project Management approach ensure the project’s success.

Stephanie Armentrout

Has been in the Design and Construction Industries since 2004. Her portfolio spans Interior Design, Set Design, supervising custom millwork installations (both Domestically and Internationally), managing Remodel and New Construction Residential projects, LEED Construction builds and managing several Restaurant and Retail builds.

Her exposure to complementary industries affords her with a broad perspective effectively serving as an invaluable liaison between Consultants, Contractors, and Owners. 

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Design from the Florida International University Paul L. Cejas School of Architecture.
